Your Role:
- Ensure all StoreConnect tickets are resolved within SLA;
- Ensure that all claims are resolved within SLA;
- Immediately escalate any non-payment of claims to the Director, Logistics;
- Provide on-call support on a rotating basis and;
- Provide support for Montreal Customer Service Coordinator.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cargo operations;
- Previous experience working with the Oracle Transportation Management System would be considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset;
- Proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments;
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills are essential;
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers;
- Role requires a high degree of curiosity, discovery, and willingness to work through complex scenarios with multiple technical systems;
- An understanding of TNWC transportation network and the variety of transportation modes used would be an asset and;
- Ability to travel.

Votre rôle :
- Vous assurer que tous les appels StoreConnect sont résolus selon l’entente de niveaux de service ;
- Veiller à ce que toutes les réclamations soient résolues selon l’entente de niveaux de service ;
- Transmettre immédiatement tout non-paiement des réclamations au directeur de logistique ;
- Fournir un soutien sur appel sur une base rotative et ;
- Fournir un soutien au coordonnateur du service à la clientèle de Montréal.
Compétences et expérience souhaitées :
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans les opérations de fret ;
- Expérience antérieure avec le système de gestion des transports Oracle serait un atout ;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Excel et Word ;
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout ;
- Compétences éprouvées en matière d'organisation, de planification et de priorisation tout en étant capable de gérer plusieurs projets, tâches et affectations ;
- Compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership efficaces sont essentielles ;
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et être capable d’interagir avec tous les niveaux de clients internes et externes ;
- Degré élevé de curiosité, de découverte et de volonté à travailler à travers des scénarios complexes avec plusieurs systèmes techniques ;
- Compréhension du réseau de transport de la CNO et de tous les modes de transport utilisés est un atout et ;
- Capacité de voyager.
