POSITION SUMMARY – Responsible for helping to manage the operation of the Motorsports Department within our NorthMart location in Rankin Inlet, NU.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 

• Maintains and organizes the Service Desk and Repair Shop area to ensure effective customer service
• Manages and maintains all Service and part requests
• Manages and maintains Transportation Inventory
• Communicates with stores and customers on repair or parts related issues
• Responsible for the development of the departmental business plan, its performance including financial targets, merchandising and promotions, operational controls, customer relations, and inventory management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in motorsports sales and service
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
• Possesses a passion for motorsports and is sales driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers
• Adaptability to live in a remote location in a culturally diverse setting
• Vendor specific training is an asset (can be provided during employment)
• This position requires that you be available to work day, evenings and weekends
