POSITION SUMMARY – Responsible for helping to manage the operation of the Motorsports Department within our NorthMart location in Rankin Inlet, NU.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintains and organizes the Service Desk and Repair Shop area to ensure effective customer service
- Manages and maintains all Service and part requests
- Manages and maintains Transportation Inventory
- Communicates with stores and customers on repair or parts related issues
- Responsible for the development of the departmental business plan, its performance including financial targets, merchandising and promotions, operational controls, customer relations, and inventory management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in motorsports sales and service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
- Possesses a passion for motorsports and is sales driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers
- Adaptability to live in a remote location in a culturally diverse setting
- Vendor specific training is an asset (can be provided during employment)
- This position requires that you be available to work day, evenings and weekends
